Quest’s contributor note in Vol. III No. 3 (Dec. ‘57 - Jan. 58), p. 40 reads:

T. R. Ramanathan, 37, is Ceylonese but has stayed in India for eight years. He will shortly publish a collection of his short stories entitled Indian Summer. At present on the editorial staff of the Times of Ceylon.
