Robert Antoine wrote for Quest, the journal of ideas sponsored by the Indian Committee for Cultural Freedom, appearing in one issue of the archive’s run (No. 17 (April - June 1958)).

Quest’s contributor note in No. 17 (April - June 1958), p. 95 reads:

Robert Antoine S. J., after completing his philosophical studies at Louvain, came to India in 1939 and has lived in Calcutta since then as teacher of Sanskrit at St. Xavier’s; at present he is also a lecturer in the Dept. of Comparative Literature, Jadavpur University. Author of a Sanskrit manual and a monograph on comparative religion.
