Quest’s contributor note in Vol. II No. 1 (August-September 1956), p. 69 reads:

Dom Moraes (Bombay) is 18 and will go up to Oxford in October. His poems have appeared in Botteghe Oscure (Rome), Nimbus (London) and Poems 1956, a P.E.N. anthology. A poem of his was published in QUEST volume 1, Number 1. (August-September 1955.)
