Attar Singh wrote for Quest, the journal of ideas sponsored by the Indian Committee for Cultural Freedom, appearing in one issue of the archive’s run (No. 18 (July-September 1958)).

Quest’s contributor note in No. 18 (July-September 1958), p. 93 reads:

Attar Singh lectures on Punjabi Language and Literature at Mahendra College, Patiala, to its under-graduate as well as post-graduate classes . He has published several research papers on the development of Punjabi Literature.
